This website is created and hosted using ChatGPT Sites, a service provided by OpenAI. OpenAI processes technical data, hosted content, storage data, metadata and logs as necessary to provide and secure the website. ChatGPT Sites does not currently provide data residency, so processing may take place outside the European Economic Area.

4. Cloudflare and necessary cookies

The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery, traffic management and protection against malicious automated traffic. Cloudflare may process connection and security data and may set the cookie __cf_bm. This cookie is required for bot detection, does not identify an account in this application and expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for access to the visitor's device, § 25(2) TDDDG. No analytics, advertising or marketing cookies are set by this website.

5. Article analysis

The private administration area can retrieve publicly available article information. If direct retrieval is unsuccessful, the submitted article URL may be sent server-side to Jina Reader, a service whose current data processing is governed by Elastic. This function is used only by the site administrator; merely visiting the public bookmark list does not send a visitor's browser to Jina Reader.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the efficient preparation and curation of bookmark entries. See the Jina/Elastic legal information.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be processed by service providers involved in hosting, infrastructure and security, in particular OpenAI and Cloudflare. Depending on the service and request, data may be processed in countries outside the EEA. The applicable contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms are governed by the respective service agreements and privacy policies.

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
